1. Triton: Due to its retrograde motion, the already-close Tritonian orbit is slowly decaying further from tidal interactions and it is predicted that some 3.6 billion years from now, Triton will pass within its Roche limit. This will result in either a collision with Neptune's atmosphere or the formation of a ring system.

2. Io: In addition to volcanoes, Io's surface includes nonvolcanic mountains, numerous lakes of molten sulfur, calderas up to several kilometres deep, and extensive flows hundreds of kilometres long of low-viscosity fluid

3. Phobos: Phobos orbits Mars below the synchronous orbit radius, meaning that it moves around Mars faster than Mars itself rotates. This low orbit means that Phobos will eventually be destroyed: tidal forces are lowering its orbit, currently at the rate of about 1.8 metres per century, and in 30-80 million years it will either impact the surface of Mars or (more likely) break up into a planetary ring

Since you already selected Titan (also one of my top 3), I had to find 3 others.

Europa (Jupiter) - could have a huge ocean below the ice, could have life there.

Io (Jupiter) - all that volcanism is fascinating, its like the moon is turning itself inside out.

Iapetus (Saturn) - has that huge ridge all around the equator, like two half-balls glued together, could be a ring that collapsed onto the moon, plus one side is so much brighter than the other

Others I find interesting:
Mimas - that huge crater with the tall central peak
Ganymede - the largest moon in our system, has to count for something

Titan with its thick atmosphere has fascinated me throughout my childhood. Not much was known about its surface, which added to my curiousity
Others that interest me:
Triton- (Neptune) with a thin atmosphere
Io (Jupiter)- volcanic activity caused by tidal forces from Jupiter.
Europa (Jupiter)- belived to have a liquid ocean under the frozen surface.

Oh my! Great question. For me, the three most interesting would be
1.) Io (volcanoes!),
2.) Europa (oceans under ice?),
3.) Triton (spiraling into Neptune!)

But you know, Luna is close and easy to get to! May I have four?
