I'm going to northern India this summer (Dharmasala) to do some volunteer work, and I need to buy a hat to keep the sun off...
I've searched around on google for "sunhat", but everything I see is completely doofy looking...
Any suggestions?
THANKS!

Please do not worry about looking dorky. You will be so glad that you did when all of your friends and family start getting "spots" cut or frozen off of their faces. So far my husband, his brother and my sister in law. All in the last 2 years. I keep checking with my dermatologist about my skin because of this. Also, use sunscreen with the hat, because sunlight can bounce of water or pavement or other surfaces.
