I saw it, but it did not make me want to not eat fast food anymore. What does it matter if I gain a few pounds from eatting fast food every once in a while. It is not going to kill me if I eat fast food. It is not like that was a very realistic movie- no one eats McDonalds for 30 straight days.

I did and no it didn't make me stop eating fast food..I just cut down on the amount I eat and I didnt eat that much mcdonalds anyways. Since my buddies don't work there anymore so that we get it free, I think ive been to mcdonalds maybe 5 times in 3 years.

Yep. The only fast food we eat now is In-N-Out. I stopped eating at McDonalds when I was a junior in high school (16 years ago) because I got a severe case of food poisoning from the secret sauce in a Big Mac. That did it for me!

TeaCup Irish Wolf Hounds? What's next Teacup Great Danes? Honestly if you want a teacup dog why would you pick a large breed dog? I'm sorry that's really confusing to me, if I wanted a small dog I'd buy a small dog not get a teacup St Bernard. The world has officially gone outer limits. I have a big mouth so if someone said oh she's a teacup I'd say you mean runt right? Yes I have pissed people off because I can't stand ignorant people.. When people say oh I'm going to breed I say why? When they said they came with papers I say that doesn't mean anything. Big mouth. I don't suffer fools gladly it's my downfall. My friends know if they don't say anything I will, so if someone is being an idiot I'll say something, my friends just keep quiet.

I saw it. Wow, I like McDonalds food but the show was actually scarry! The guy did actual damage to his liver, like chirossis like old alcoholics get, in just a month of eating there. So I have cut waaaay back. In fairness to McDonalds just about all the other fast food chains are the same. I guess its better to eat something simple like a peanut butter sandwich. Anyway, it was sure a powerful movie, glad I saw it.

I saw "Supersize Me" a year ago. I did not want to eat none of McDonalds meals EVER!! What I saw on that movie was disgusting. But, now being a vegetarian, I eat salads, potatoes, biscuits, and fries thats is, from other fastfood resturants.

Coincidentally, I saw the movie about a week ago on cable. I was so shocked by the statistics and by the damage that it did to the guy's body. What was so scary was that I have been eating fast food my whole life and I can only imagine the permanent damage that I have done to myself. It has been on my mind all week - I think I am going to go organic for a month to see if I feel any difference. This has really put food into perspective for me.

I watched it and all it did was make me hungry and want McDonald's. Obviously the guys going to get extremely sick after eating 3 meals a day for 30 days.

It's not like eating it once a month or so is going to make you sick like that...I don't know why everyone is so scared of McDonald's now

yes, i saw it and tried not to eat fast food, it worked for a little while, it gave me some motivation. eventually i fell back into my old routines and started eating again and forgot all about the movie, it's just the american way but i don't eat it that much. i can't believe a guy would do that to himself just to show people how bad it is, and do you think that made a diffence? its pretty obvisous that food is bad for us, i mean look at it. but anyways it was a good movie.
