It's 2007. Cowboy hats are offensive in a public place. It is posturing and intimidating. Why don't you go to school and get an education? Or, is this something you are not smart enough to do?

Biias much, Raskal? A hat is a hat. No, it's not posturing or intimidating, and it's partially funny and sad at the same time that you see it as so, and that you keep obsessing about a stupid hat.

Apparently you've never lived in an area where real ranchers and cowboys actually live - their hats are practical headwear, something they wear so much and so often they think about it less than you do your watch or shoes. They aren't looking for a fight, they're wearing a headcovering.

get over it, will you?

Asking same illegitimate questions, did you get beat up by Clint Eastwood or got attacked by John Wayne or how about you got beat up by a Mexican wearing a Mexican cowboy hat, or a American anglo cowboy? Heeha.
Maybe, its offensive bc u must of seen a movie that reflects your people?

Wearing a coboy hat could be cultural. For instance I live in the Central Valley in California where Rancher's are everywhere. It is not beyond normal to see many of men wearing Cowboy Hats.

I tried to wear one once cause I thought I would look sexy and I looked like a flmaing Queen! So not all men look intimidating! LOL!

WHAT is your obsession with cowboy hats? If you are dumb enough to start a fight with someone over a cowboy hat, that is your problem. Most people I know who wear cowboy hats would stomp your pathetic butt anyway.

This about the third post I have seen from you about people wearing cowboy hats. Why dont you find something better to spew about.

i has that don't mess with Texas~bikers years ago were not a bad bunch i rode for 15 years and they got the razz berries from the red necks but the cow boys hats with mean faces under them have usually a issue that is in your face, they got nothing usually and the hat is something i guess, mostly it is offensive as u say cause there are unwritten codes that are lost in the meaning of what is the issue and why is it here, the new little ones coming over the border are hard in everyone face with the we don't speck English and never will either, they wait till there is Americans and they let go with a load ramble of spec and nobody has any idea if their just @ss holes or they have laugh at u cause they know u don't understand what they said, it wont stop til it kills someone and that what the avoidance is all about

It's just a hat. I know rich guys who wear cowboy hats all the time. Just because they don't dress like you, talk like you, you can't immediately think there ready to start trouble. Chill out man!

Are you saying that those who wear cowboy hats are uneducated and stupid? I live in a state where cowboy hats are the norm. Do you wear a baseball cap or a do-rag? If you do, then I am highly offended! (Do you see how ignorant that sounds?)

Oh wow.

Why have you decided that cowboy hats are offensive? Here in Texas, they are quite acceptable and have nothing to do with education level.

It's just a Cowboy hat... lol.
Anyhow, I would be more intimidated if someone came into a restaurant wearing a priest's hat...

That was a really hate filled question, but none the less, its insulting and rude to be in a restaurant with any type of hat on, it should be removed at the door.
