i received a sample of BENEFIT'S Depuffing Action Eye Gel [you can get it at sephora] and i find that it works really well! its kind of pricey but you only need a little every night so itll last you a long time. I find that it really works because i dont usually get a lot of sleep due to homework and all but i've even been told that i dont even LOOK tired.

I have them too and really the only thing I think that you can do that is permanent and is to have surgery. If you have them all the time it is a fat deposit. :(
