Does it work?
If not can you reccoment me the best antivirus... I want minimum usage of ram from the antivirus as I only have 1gig and use the pc for gaming

According to the analysis Vista did of my machine AVG will not work, McAfee will probably work

AVG is not yet Vista compatable.
Nor is Avast Home edition.

However according to Avast a new version is to be produced next month.

AVG released in new version in mid-January (7.5) that does work with Vista. Earlier versions do not.

go to computer active website they did a piece last week on vista and covered this point and told you which one to use

this free software was rated higher than avg in pcworld magazine, its called AntiVir Guard

it takes less memory
im not sure if it's compatible for vista though..........
