ignorance of history make us libel for our own times?

I don't believe ignorance is ever an excuse.
Yes we are liable. As our ancestors were liable to us, we are liable for our children's children. We are making history starting right now. Every morning when we wake up we can decide to be cheerful or negative and every morning we create the future.
