alcohol is the way to go; it kills bacteria. Clean your earrings after wearing them by soaking the contact parts in hydrogen peroxide then clean off with alcohol

Clean them in the solution you got from the store. Don't use alcohol...the acidity can cause the coating from your earring stems to flake, which is probably causing infection. go invest in some more of that solution.

When I got my ears pierced I used the solution to clean my ear rings. Rubbing alcohol is good to clean your earings in. If you have senstive ears make sure the rubbinf alcohol on your earings are dry so it won't hurt your ears.

If you want, just keep using the solution that they gave you. Alcohol always worked for me too. Or you can just soak your earrings in alcohol and use peroxide to clean your ears.

do not use rubbing Alcohol for everyday cleaning. It will dry your ears.
1. Get a solution from Claire's.
OR
2. Use hydrogen Peroxide
If you get another infection, use rubbing alcohol.

To clean them, definitely alcohol to prevent any infection. If you've been getting your earlobe infected, it could probably be that you are allergic to nickel (which are most of the non gold jewels) you should try wearing only gold earrings. If the problem still persist you might be developing an eczema, and should see a dermatologist.Good luck!

Hydrogen peroxide kills the bacteria. It's not as harsh as rubbing alcohol.

soap and warm water, or you can buy a jewelry cleaner cloth...those work good.....I wouldn't recommend alcohol, you can use that to clean your ears themselves.....don't wear your earrings when you really don't have to and clean that little part that goes into your ear....but do clean your ears as well......hope this helped a little :)
