it crashed and wouldn't come on and then someone told me how to get into the safe mode.i saw an option that said last known configeration that worked.it came on now.is it ok to leave it like it is?thanx

Indeed that's why it's there.
Safe Mode should only be used to fix the problem manually (i.e you must know the problem and be good using pc's)

Last good configuration simply restores your system to a time prior to when it last worked fully.

Yes, it is quite ok to run your computer in Last Known good mode. This usually happens because you made some changes on your computer that were incompatable..such as drivers, hardware, or just configuration changes. Relax.
