I think its too much. Cecilia is a nice name so you should just stick with one or the other.

I really like this name, but one of my pet hates is people who spell names in a random way (Nicciey/Looiza etc). It's attention seeking and immediately makes some people doubt that person- what's wrong with Nicky and Louisa? Why do you have to have something different? Caitlin Cecelia is just as nice, and you could shorten it to CC if she wanted.
