You could also try writing a schedule the night before. Write the job you need to do eg. make bed and then write what time you need to finish by.
Also getting breakfast part ready the night before and laying out the outfit you want to wear. Don't try anything new with your hair if you're short on time, practise and experiment on the weekend. If you wear make up try and refine your routine by either practising on the weekend or cutting down on what items you use. To save time I only use blush and lipgloss, but if I have more time I then add mascara.
Hope this helps.

yeah, get ur bag ready ahead of time like u said. and i choose what im gonna wear in the morning depending on how i feel, but if u can pick out your clothes the night before and lay everything u need out that saves a ton of time in the morning. and i take 2 showers a day, so at night, i wash my hair and do all that time consuming stuff then so i dont have to do it in the morning. then the morning shower is just basically a refresher to help me wake up.

Take your showers at night so you don't have to in the morning. Have your clothes laid out and your backpack ready. Also, don't spend a ton of time doing your makeup and hair. Just keep it simple. And if you eat breakfast, make it something easy. Like a power bar or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something like that.

bypass to mattress at like 11:00 (or before may be extra appropriate), and awaken at 6:15. Then, I propose choosing your clothing out the day in the previous, and having them set up. From 6:15 to 6:30 awaken, and dress. From 6:30 to 6:40 5 brush teeth, hair, and wash face and hands. From 6:40 5 to 6:50 get your bookbags and stuff downstairs and able to bypass. From 6:50 to 7:05 consume breakfast. relax, or do something extra suitable, for the subsequent 5 minutes. in basic terms attempt to get waiting in the morning, set out the breakfast, your clothing, and your lunch, (the flaws that may not get spoiled)

Fix what ever you can the night before and have it all in the same place, lay out the cloths the night before, and don't change your mind in the morning. Make your self a list of the same things that you take with you in the morning and put them in the same place and only that place. Eventually you will just do things automatically.

FIND OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO WEAR THE NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL/WORK, PUT ON YOUR MAKE-UP BEFORE YOU DRY YOUR HAIR BECAUSE THEN IT WILL NOT TAKE YOU SO LONG TO DRY IT...IF YOU DRIVE AND ITS COLD OUTSIDE 10 MIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE START YOUR CAR SO THEN IT WILL BE WARM WHEN YOU GET IN AND YOU DONT HAVE TO SIT IN IT WAITING FOR THE WINDOWS TO DEFROST, RIGHT WHEN YOU WAKE UP TURN YOUR SHOWER ON AND THEN PEE AND BRUSH YOUR TEETH DURING THE TIME THAT YOU NORMALLY WOULD STAND AND WAIT FOR THE SHOWER TO GET WARM(OR YOU COULD SHOWER THE NIGHT BEFORE) LAY YOUR KEYS AND SHOES OUT BY THE DOOR..HOPE THESE HELP
