Absolutely nothing will help you grow faster, that is in your genes. Being malnutritioned can cause stunted growth and other complications. Even fat people can be malnutritioned. If you have a fairly good diet, don't worry about that, and keep up with physicals by a Dr to make sure your ok with your weight and all, you'll do fine, just not grow any taller than you were meant to do.

Height is a genetic factor and has nothing to do with food intake Other wise we would all be taller. I am sure Danny de Vito would have loved to know what food would have altered his height.

Food intake can alter you laterally and be benficial to muscle building. Or it can affect you by ballooning you like the michelin man, but increasing your height will never happen I am sorry to say.
