YES it can be boring to a lot of North American, West European tourists and those from highly developed societies.
Singapore without natural attractions (beaches, hill resorts etc) lure only those who are keen on city type attractions: shopping, dine&wine, theme parks and integrated resorts, etc. The two proposed casino entertainment complexes further reinforced the direction of Singapore tourism. (darn clever positioning and marketing but then it has little choice).

Living in Singapore is not boring if U have the followings.
1.Health.
2. Wealth.
3. Education.
4.Jobs.
5. House.
6. family.
7. Friends.
8. Activity to do.
Otherwise, U live a boring life, not only in Singapore, anywhere in this entire world.

I like vast expenses of space to travel and sadly Singapore does not offer me this option. So I can find this place boring. But I can recommend you things to do to keep you , a visitor occupied, for quite a while. I stay here, that is why.

No if you know how toplan your visits.
My cousin from Malaysia came to Singapore for 14 days and they were very happy and enjoyed it..
Because i know how to plan and i know what is happening here and there... that's why i know how to make them happy....
As for you, if you were to stay in hotel everyday, you will get bored... and even if you mood is not there, no matter how many days you come also will not enjoy it..
If you are a citizen here, You will be working and working and working just like others countries... You got to know where to go to relax yourself and Singapore is just like a town in NY, KL, TP etc with lots of activities....
I am a Singaporean and i am enjoying my days and every moment... i have a partner and familiers, it makes things better...
If you are all alone and no friends, indeed, go and make more friends to make your life brighter.....
Overall, please see below links and see newspaper on what is happening today, and everyday.........
Singapore is small, but as a human, we are small too... you have to explore yourself here and there...

Got to say Singapore is really boring........IF you have no money at all u can be rotten at your home looking at the computer.Singapore have fun places just nid money for example Sentosa, Escape theme park,etc.

not really. ive lived in other parts of the world before like australia, france, indonesia, malaysia, new zealand (i'm not bragging here ok) but s'pore is still i call home. it's s'pore that i always thought about when i was away... so, how can we think that s'pore's boring?

sometimes I do think its boring, sometimes I compare to other third world countries and I think I am happy staying here, cheers
