Adolf was just a little off and there is no telling what it is that he was seeing. but it was not good for the human race except that it taught a generation that hate because of some one belief is not enough to start killing Sorry that some Muslims did not get the message

I believe you are asking «what was Hitler seeing which no one else did before him».
He was seeing a Germany that had been beaten in WWI, lost its institutions and beliefs and which was attempting to redefine itself in the world. He was determined to give Germany a new direction according to his own personal beliefs.
He did and everyone found out that the price was much much deadlier and expensive than anyone had expected.

He was seeing the wrong things. He was a failed artist who wanted to and succeeded in getting back at a society that snubbed him. He was a selfish monster who forever associated a great country with evil and sadism.
