I think that his chances are slim for being on the show. But, I think as lobg as the fans love his work, they'll keep him.

he is not getting fired...he went through counseling and was back on the set as of february 1st.

No, he is going to therapy. It would really suck though. I don't think that he will though. Because of him asking his girlfriend to marry him and all. I think he will get out of therapy and marry her:)
