I seem to be very sensitive in my penis. More times than not, I ejaculate almost as soon as I penetrate the vagina. What can I do or is there something I can take to slow down ejaculating so quickly? I feel this is hurting my relationship with my wife.

You can buy a desensitizing cream at the drugstore that will make the penis less sensitive which should allow you to do the act for a much longer period of time. Just rub the cream on the head of the penis prior to intercourse and see what happens.

There is a 'program' for learning to control this.

Do some web searches for 'start stop technique' and 'squeeze techique'.

THe basic idea is, you are going to practice masturbation, being very aware of how close you are to ejaculating, and practice being under control, lasting 10 or more minutes. THen you're going to practice with lube. Then you're going to practice having your wife stimulate you. Then you're going to move on to intercourse. One step at a time.

As a side issue, if you don't know how to stimulate your wife manually/orally, figure that out too. Knowing you can make sure she is pleasured without needing to avoid ejaculation will take some of the pressure off and help you with your practice.

I'm told that the success rate of change for people who _seriously_ work on this is extremely high. Its not something that can't be fixed, just takes some consistent effort.
