Yahoo!Answers places random questions (supposedly) from famous people (Danny Glover, Alyssa Millano, President of India) and usualyl these questiosn are sponsored by UNICEF in an attempt to push their pretentious liberal agendas.
My two questions are:
1 - What can be done to stop these retarded celebrities from posting their hipocritcal questions? (celebrities only care about a social ill when is it fashionable or they need their name in the news)
2 - Last year UNICEF ran polical cartoons featuring the Smurfs being slaughters by bombs. How can we save the Smurfs and hold UNICEF accountable for liberal bias and the genocide of Smurfdom?

lila t - Liberalism 101 ... liberals believe that government agencies should care for and indoctriate children into vast "big brother" programs. Forget the parents, the state knows what is better for your kid than you do. Now THAT is pretentious.

champ2758 -- Chamo, or is it "chump"? After watching celebrities act like complete idiots for years, cavorting like morons on crack and then trying to clean up theri image by doing a few public relations commercials. I'll be damnde if I will EVER feel ashamed of myself for calling them on their BS. As for UNICEF/UN .... corruption and imcompetence is the rule rather than the exception.

1. They are retarded celebrities, no sane person takes them seriously. Dont worry about it.
2. I am glad you addressed the issue of Smurficide. This has been allowed to run rampant for years unchecked. Clearly if the UN will not intervene to save the Smurfs, the US is going to have to do it.
I think we should involve the little guys who were always building things in Fraggle Rock. They would be a valuable asset as they could build secret tunnels to get the Smurfs out alive.
UNICEF must be punished. I dont know how though. I think that would be best left to the Smurfs.

You know I am no great fan of the UN and I know that Despot leaders in Africa like R Mugabby [president for life] have said that he does not worry about world opinion he said as soon as the world sees the distended stomach's of the children of Zimbabbwe
That the UNICEF Airlift will begin. So it's just the same in all the UN Its just another leg up for Africa so the UN should be called the AN.

The United Nations continues to be the subject of great controversy. The U.N. has been instrumental in resolving a number of international disputes, and its work should not go unnoticed. However, it too often couples lofty ideals with poor execution. As such, reforming the U.N. must remain a priority. In the 104th Congress I supported the National Security Revitalization Act, which prohibited U.S. military forces from being placed under U.N. command and control in most situations. Further, it provided for the U.S. to be reimbursed for participation in U.N. peacekeeping operations. I believe we should reduce the size of the U.N., and that the U.S. should bear less of the organization’s financial burden. I have long supported - and will continue to support - efforts to condition our country’s U.N. dues on substantive U.N. reform.

1 - Have them do work domestically. For LA, the Union Rescue Mission comes to mind. Maybe Ernie Hudson should call Danny Glover.
2 - PEYO is a sell-out

UNICEF has been feeding starving children for decades, you should be ashamed. Many of these celebrities sponsor children and visit the depressed areas to bring attention to the plight of these starving people. Why don't you want these children to be fed.
