when a person asks a question, something that is maybe personally bothering them in a light or serious manner, why do people who disagree with the questioner use the site as a forum to expel all their anger and high virtues on a stranger? what is the reasoning behind a person who logs on so that he/she can call names and insult a person who is in a situation that they don't view as 'moral'? why can't they stay out of it, and leave it to people who can offer genuine and articulate advice?

for example, i had people calling me 'tramp' and saying that i 'should get what's coming' to me, for a question that i was hoping people in a similar circumstance might be able to offer some experienced advice on. i think it's so sad that people sit at their computer and exploit others' failings from the comfort of their anonymous i.d., essentially abusing the idea of this site, which is to help people with what you know. i don't think it's because i'm 'liberal', i don't abide by labels, i'm just thinking of social courtesy and constructive criticism.

because *some* people are narrow minded judgemental hypocrites; and typically those type of people can't keep their mouths shut and their pathetic critisms to themselves. I found a bumper sticker that said "If only closed minds came with closed mouths". Seem appropriate in this circumstance.

Because my very Liberal friend, its a public forum. And these people are asking for public adivce. And just because someones veiws aren't popular, doesn't mean they are wrong.
If you were to go and look at some of MY answers, they are mostly conservative and anti-feminist. Am I wrong? Am I venting my anger? And if someone has an immoral veiw, I am WRONG to say hey "You're not right here.." But guess what, i may not agree with EVERYONE on here, which I would if I was a Liberal, like yourself, but I do give advice based on what they asked.
The other day, as a matter of fact, someone asked about "Mail order brides from Sweden" I think this is pig headed and stupid, but NO ONE was answering the guy, so I went looked up his answer posted and then went on to tell him "I think you are swine" (because personally, I think if you need to "order" a women, you suck)
So, now my question is for you..Why do people like you have to get so p*ssy and out raged at people who give their advice? Oh wait, I know, we have to keep everything light and happy. We have to give advice based on popular vote. I have to tell a women "Gee hunny, no you shoudl make him do everything for you! You don't have to do squat, just sit on your high throne and make him worship you." When that is NOT waht I belive in.
I give genuine and articulate advice, it's jsut not popular...

Good question, some might have problem of there own and feel the need to vent, or because this online they can say what they want, and so people take this online thing alittle to serious, online could be their life..

Because its much easier to vent on a stranger.. really you dont know em yer likely never gonna meet em and it dosent really much matter... Some one you know... its harder.. cuz when you vent on them one of ya is gonna likely end up smaking the S**t out of the other eventually...

people need to vent, and sometimes this is the only place they can lash out at other people. they are so angry and there is no one else to take it out on, not that the people deserve it, but that is human nature. i myself have been guilty of it a few times and i am sorry for that.

Very well put and i think we all need to read this... This should not be a place for bashing and venting our anger on strangers.. We are here to share experiences with each other and give help and advice... Opinions are okay but you should not bash or hurt someone... It just is not right... Thanks for this today:)

I perpetrate some prank, yet make valuable that the guy who brought about my anger gets the blame. I determine it fairly is the least i can do for all the marvelous thngs that they have finished for me.

Anyone familiar with "SillyKimmy"...she is one of these "Internet Gangsters"....it was crazy how she harassed me e-mail after e-mail. Its not my fault her marriage is rocky...she had a lot of nerve venting that on me.
