No, snails clean up the tank, unless you let them overtake the tank. To know which fish can live together, be sure to ask your vendor when you buy the fish. No point in buying a new fish, only to have him turn into a meal for his neighbors. By the way, snails can come into your tank on plants that you buy, so be sure you clean the plants under the water faucet before putting them into the tank. Snails multiply as much as rabbits do on dry land.

i keep snails in with my baby guppies because the algea eaters do eat baby fish, but i have had no problems with keeping the snails in with them. the only thing i do recomend is that you make sure to keep the tank super clean because snails tend to be a bit messy and you dont want baby fish in a dirty tank,

Naw, im pretty sure nope becasue snails arent agressive

They're fine. Snails eat algae & stuff that's allreaedy dead & decomposing.
