Just double click in the empty search box and move the cursor down to the first item. Now keep pressing the delete key until they are all gone.

you don't need a site all what you have to do is to drop down the menu from the arrow in the google tool bar and choose view history then clear history.
NB. deleting the history from the Internet options will delete only the sites you visited not what you have been searching for through the tool bar.

There is a setting in the google search bar not to remember search history. Just start to use that instead.

there is no program required, do it manually, it is so easy...
click on the google search bar and see the list of your searches and just push the delete button again and again it takes max. 1 minute

Try going into you tools and selecting internet options. From there you can clear your cookies and search history.
