I want the text to go around in a circle, if that makes sense. I don't need the plain text inside of a circle, I just want the text to form a circle by itself. Is this possible?

You CAN make it into a circle using wordart. Here's what you do:

Go to View, Toolbars, Drawing---When the drawing toolbar is visible, there's a little down arrow on it. Click it and it pops up 'add remove buttons', click 'customize'. Then scroll down the list to the very bottom & choose 'wordart'. Now you have a more expanded wordart toolbar.

Click on insert word art and choose a style. The curved one is fine. Choose your font and size, then type in your message. Once this is done, then go to the wordart toolbar again & choose
'wordart shape'. Choose the hollow circle. I know it looks weird right now, but we're not done. Now click on the sentence and you'll see a box outline around it. Grab the bottom of the box and hold down your left mouse key and pull it down until it makes a perfect circle. You can change the size, font, color, etc.

Hope this works for you. If you have more questions, either e-mail me or just update your question.

edit: Forgot to mention that you have to click on your text before
you edit it's shape, or it will be 'greyed' out.

honestly the only way that i know to do this is to click on the tab that says "insert" then scroll down to "picture" when the task bar opens there will be a section titled "Wordart" click on this and it will open a new window... this will have several options of different styles select one that is appropriate for what ever it is that you are doing... i suggest one of the semi circles. next a window will open that allows you to type in your text, chose your font, font-size, and style. when you are done click ok. the words will appear on the page... click on the text box and a toolbar should appear. this is the word art toolbar. there will be several little icons on this toolbar find the one that is "wordart shape" it should look like a elongated blue "A" this will allow you to select the circular shape. the text may appear at first a bit oddpaculiar, however all you need do at this point is grab and drag a corner of the text box to a more fitting size, and shape.

one more thing when you do this it tends to be a bit confusing as to how to move this box around with out disturbing your text that already appears on the page. to change the textbox and make it a bit more manageable click on the icon on the wordart toolbar that is called "text wrapping." simply select one of the options that best suits what ever it is that you are doing. Feel free to play with the different options.

Hope that this helps! I am allergic to seafood so have never prepared any of it... however my husband loves shrimp i have the cocktail sauce, however i do not know what to do with the shrimp. do i need to remove the tails, shells, or veins? does the shrimp need to be cooked, if so how? i am oblivious please help me!!!

yes kind of- you use the word-art feature, pick a simple font and the text makes an arc, you and stretch it into as much of a curve as you wish, but basically 1/2 circle(.not a full circle) you will need to make two halves to make a complete circle of words
