I would say converse because they last longer. When I got my etnies they started to break in and form holes after 4 months, while my converses lasted much longer.

Etnies all the way! I own neither, but I like the way enties look much better than converse. Converse are just overrated, and it seems like EVERYONE has a pair. I just don't like how they look, but of course it's a matter of personal opinion.

Despite the fact that your typing is really obnoxious, I will still tell you that I love my Etnies, they are so comfortable. I would definitely choose them over converse.

there both great shoes!
but in my opinion it depends on your shoe size
if ur feet are too big converse makes your feet look like clown ones!and a few emo/punk peoples wear them OFTEN!etnies are pretty good but most skaters/surfers/bikers wear them
so it depends on your choice would you rather look like a emo or a surfer dude?
the choice is yours!

Honestly, I perfer converse. But you should choose what you like better. Maybe compare the two tpes of shoes and see which one has the better quality, which shoes will last longer and stuff like that.
