I have been stressed since i found out at work my bf cheated with another co-worker and now they are getting married,he strung me along and i believed his lies about his 'daughter' moving in. People at work found out after i told a couple of people, the next thing i know everyone knows. I drank some alcohol the morning i had to go in work and face things when i was called in the office,my so called bf was sitting there with the two managers and i ended up so angry i swore, cried, and went to hit him,i think the alcohol made it worse and now i'm worried i embarassed myself because i was talking on and on to the two managers after but i cant remember what i was saying,i feel like he's won and he laughed at me the whole time. How can i get over this?(i havent got fired btw).

The alcohol was a bad choice and should never be an answer. Being strung along like that is a terrible thing. This has happened to me and it took two years of time to get over it after five years of marriage. One helpful solution you might try is to talk to these managers face to face and apologize for the airing of your business. The details of the conversation were personal and belonged behind a closed door. After the reason for being called to the office was understood you should have replied briefly and left quickly to re-compose yourself. The alcohol hopefully was not an issue on the table. It was probably a lucky day for you if the managers do not know about the alcohol. I suppose you should look at this as a learning tool and give your self time to heal from the pain that was dished out to you. GOOD LUCK.

Your embarrassment is unfounded. Dentists do not party after artwork and evaluate thoughts about how undesirable their sufferers' teeth were. The dentist would not care, believe me in this. Plus, no count number how undesirable your teeth are, he has considered worse. in case you assert your teeth look solid to the bare eye, then you absolutely're already searching better effective than 0.5 of this guy's sufferers. As for the terror, properly, i ought to inform you there is not something to be fearful of, that could be the reality, yet i'm not particular how a lot solid that does for you. i'm assuming it really is purely an exam, so all he's probable gonna do is look on your mouth with a tiny reflect and a touch poking gadget. The poking gadget is purely used to probe your teeth for cavities, and it would not harm; you slightly even sense it.

Ask for meeting with the managers. Explain to them that you realize your actions were inappropriate and assure them that you are handling the situation and it will not happen again.

Then make sure it will not happen again. Don't drink before work, don't let a guy get to you like this. His actions (cheating) are a reflection of what kind of person he his, not you. Remember this and hold your had high. Also, work place relationships tend to not be good because of this, so don't date co-workers.

Be strong and move on girl. Do some self reflection on what you need to work on interms of your self. Do not make the same mistakes twice. Men will always cheat . You, as the woman can cheat too and even better. Have a glass of wine on me cheeeeers. This is the start of a new day. MOVE on.

wow, sounds like a really embarrassing thing to go through. Sorry, there isn't much any one can do to make things better for you. You'll just have to face your managers and oppologize for the way you acted. Just truthfully explain how up set you were and that you felt out of control.

Realize that you were really stressed out. Learn from your
mistakes and get up and start a new life today. Aren't you
lucky that you didn't actually marry a man like that?

Live and learn babe. There's not really much you can do about it right now. You should make a sincere apology to your managers and explain your situation to them. As far as your ex BF, forget about him. Why would you want to be with such a loser? I know it's easier said than done, but you'll forget all about him soon.

Just go in and appologize to your managers. I'm sure they understand that your ex is scum for doing this to you. Then be better than him and you'll find someone WAY BETTER!!!!
