Not only does she want to "Hugo Chavez" the oil industry, she wants to do the same with America`s healthcare system. She failed at that during her husband`s presidency. Will her socialist ideas work this time around ? What do you think ?

She's not going to win, so it's moot.

Socialized Medicine doesn't work. Look at all the wealthy Canadians who come to the US for treatment, not to mention Britain's system that is crumbling and no longer includes dental coverage. The only way to improve the system is to get the tort lawyers out of the mix.

Of course, if she picks Edwards as a running mate, it'll never happen. He's a tort lawyer.

Hugo Chavez has the right to his own natural resources he can do whatever his country people want to do with it.
We shold not justify our immoral thirst for fossil fuel imposing ill will on other sovereign countries.
As to the American healthcare, if Hillary or anyone else can provide the same system most of Europe and Canada have then Americans are the winners.
Nothing to do with "socialism" nor "terrorism" for that matter...

I think you need to ask your so-called "liberal friend" for a reliable link to such a claim. I've never heard it, and I'm pretty sure that's not something Hillary would ever say.

As far as health care, are you trying to say you think the system we have now is working? Because if so, you are all alone. She did not want to nationlize health care, but just make sure every American had health care. Right now we are all paying far more than we need to because we are subsidizing those who don't have insurance.

If she actually said that, which I know she did not, I would be all in favor of it. If all our national resources, military, economic, and human are going to be used to further a plan to gain control of the oil fields in the Middle East, up to and including those in Iran, then we should all benefit from the oil and use the profits to pay our debts, our troops, and ourselves for so much sacrifice. I guarantee one thing, if we really suggested doing that, BushOilCo would pull our troops out of the Middle East so fast it would go down as the hastiest retreat in Military History.

We all better be worried if she wins, even liberals! Nationalization of any business is how socialism and communism operates. That would mean that nobody would be rich except those in power. Nobody would have guns but those in power. Nobody would have any rights but those in power. Nobody would own much of anything except those in power. Nobody would bring home more than half their paycheck except those in power.
