Take some tylenol or better yet IB profen for the pain. You probably jammed it or deep bruise. After that ice and elevate it above the heart.

You are 1/2 way there. You have accepted the fact that you are stupid, and nobody here will argue that.

But your problems go much beyond that. You can't form a sentence, know how to punctuate or where to use upper case letters. Sadly, you are a moron. Consider signing yourself into a home or institution where you can be cared for for the rest of your natural life. You are a menace and danger to everyone around you.

You claim to be a good swimmer, yet you also claim you have some kind of pain in your arm which if my thinking is correct, precludes you from being a good swimmer. As such, you are delusional.

Hope is not lost. Go back to school and get your GED. At least learn how to construct a sentence, punctuate and where to use capitals. There is indeed life beyond 7th grade. Accept the fact that a guy with a 3" fully erect willy isn't going to be a porn star no more than your with your bad arm is going to be an Olympic swimmer.
