On the off-chance that you really are a 12 year old girl, I shall give you some advice. It is more likely that you're a 50 year old perve that gets hot over asking idiotic sex questions.
My advice: Do not have sex. You are to young. As to the older boy? Read this:

Anyone four years older then you is going to be penalized for having sex with you. That would suck.
Also, any 16 year old who wants to have sex with a 12 year old is a perve. Stay away from him.
I'd say good luck normally, but you really don't need luck you need common sense.

Hummmm...I think you'll eventually get caught sneaking around. You kids aren't as smart as you think you are. And when you do get caught, I hope your mama whoops your little butt but good and locks you in your room and throws away the key. Girls like you are the reason why welfare gets taken advantage of. You'll be pregnant and on it by the time you're 16 at the rate you are going. Yep!!!You'll be living that great life on public aid in some run down 12 x 60 trailor with 3 kids from 3 different guys. What a waste!!!

you are 12. Why are you wanting to have sex? and with an older guy no less. Depending on how much older, i hope you know that he can get arrested if you all get caught. I the best way, is to just not do it at all. Wait a few years, then, hey, go for it. At 12, everything looks bigger, badder, and better, but by the time you are like 15, those big, bad, better things, are little nothings. and you can better judge your actions. Just cool it, okay.

OMG! when i was 12 all i thought about was my friends maybe kissing a guy and that's as far as it got and I'm still a virgin and proud of it! don't do it you may think its OK cuz u my have not gotten your period yet but you can still get STD's if you know what that is! Do you know the risks! pregnancy for starters, the there's HIV, Aids, Gonorrhea, Herpes, HPV, Syphilis, and vaginal infections , some of these can kill you and if they cant some are permanent! So please don't screw up your life, Even if you don't get a disease or pregnant it will change you emotionally! oh and before you do have sex be aware of all the risks i just listed! theres a link with the diseases i listed and symptoms and what they do to you

depends on how old first of all? Old to you might not be old to a lot of people on here answering this question. I think because you are 12 you are probibly more than likely talking about like a 18 year old or 16 around there right?
I think sex isnt what you want i think its just love at your age. Its the feeling of wanting what you probibly havent had.
Let me tell you, there are so much you can do that is sexual or fun without having sex at such a young age.
Just have fun and play innocent games that keeps some excitement going.

What is happening to kids these days. I think when I was 12 I was still playing with dolls and you are having sex. If you got pregnant right now, can you imagine. You are so young! So just don't do it, I will not even give you any advice on this subject!

You need to stop asking these questions. You are to young. This man can be put in jail because it is rape if a child is not of age. You are just a baby. You do not need to be doing this. Please go and talk to a counselor at school and tell them your feelings. If not a counselor talk to a teacher at school. You do not need to do this, no matter how you look at it this is rape. Please do not do this, think of you, and how you might feel after you do this. This is not going to make you an older wiser person, it is going to steal your verginity.
I am sorry that you don't feel like you can get love where you truely need it. I am sure your parents love the stuffins out of you.

Jail time for the guy before it ever occurs and intense psychological evaluations on the 12 year old to assist in a course of treatment that helps her to grow out of this insanity.
