It is winter now in Canada -- everybody stays home and hibernate

Oh trust me they're there. What's your education like? If you have degrees from other countries have you tried to upgrade and or have them certified? Depends on where you are too, little town or big city.

I know there are good jobs here in Canada , but you have to work your way up, not just expect a high salary for doing nothing.

For the good jobs you have to have the higher education and experience, you get the experience by offering to do the job at a reduced rate of pay and once your fully qualified you can ask your own price.

The thing is lots of job search resources job seekers don't know. average job seeker hardly know about 4-5 good job search website.
