Your mom may be able to tell you how your grandma spelt her name, but the most common spelling is Kathryn or Katheryn. Both are acceptable.

You can spell the name anyway you want. It's my sister's name. She spells it Kathryn but it can also be spelled Katherine or Catherine or Cathryn.. anything you like. I think Kathryn Elizabeth is cute, it's almost my sister's name- Kathryn Eliza.

I am having a boy, so I'll pass my girl name on to you. Bella is a form of Elizabeth. So, I love Kathryn Bella Sue. I think it flows a little more then Elizabeth. But, ultimately, it's up to you. I hope you get your girl.

I think it is spelled Katherine. But its your little girl spell it anyway you want it. Theres no right or wrong,just your preference. Good luck with the baby, Hope everything goes well and both of you are healthy!!!!!
