1. 20,000 small business loans of $200,000 each to American small busineses;
2. 2,000,000 awards for academic achievement of $2,000 to deserving youngsters;
3. 4 billion dollars to the palestinian people to show that we love them;
4. 4 billion dollars to offset the lies of PR firms like Hills & Knowlton.
5. 4 billion dollars to go into my own bank account.

One question: Are you against foreign funding altogether? I think you are not since you suggest that the money go directly to the Palestinains.
So, why don't you ask the same about the 2 billion that goes to Egypt?
And here's another question: If that m,oney was sent to the Palestnians that would mean Hamas, who is their current leaders would be handling the money. So, in other words you are advocating that American taxpayer money should be directly spent on terrorism (since Hamas, being a terrorist organization as recognized by the US government would definitely spend the money on terror).

Israel. They do account for the money and I respect them as a country. This country waste enough money who needs to show love, small business typically fail, deserving youngster? they spend the money on video games, clothes etc. put it aside and save. PR firms Can't comment as not completely informed. Your bank account please not funny.
