Comet McNaught is the most interesting one.

But there are lots and lots of comets in the solar system now. A lot of them never get further away than Neptune's orbit.

The above is correct, but it is only visible in the southern hemisphere now. Also, it has dimmed a lot since passing the Sun a few days ago.

Comet McNaught is just rounding the sun.
