I like Rock I dont really prefer rap but some of its ok some country songs and storys arnt bad actually.

Hey man, I like em all.... I prefer rock, country and metal, but I'll listen to whatever's on the radio...(except for that annoying "photograph" song by Nickelback...a song is good until you play it so many times that you can't stand it anymore) I think a lot of people like the stuff that there friends like just to be popular, but I say, what should you care what they think? It's whatever you like the most that counts, not your friends.
I also think that heavy metal like Slipknot, Underoath, Alexisonfire, that kind of stuff, is a big thing for middle/high school kids, but I'm not sure why. My thoughts are on the whole popular thing.

I like rock, 80s rock, techno, trance, pretty much most music.
The cool thing about rap is that it's like music without all the nice to listen to, creative part... They sample songs and then get upset when they get sued for stealing music... go figure!
