Since PT boats were made out of ply-wood, I'd be surprised if any are still in the water and being used. That would be cool to ride on one though.

There is a web site for an organization that recovers and Rebuilds PT Boats.I stumbled on it but I don't remember exactly what the name is. I do remember it had a .org. Try looking on the web for PT Boats but after10 paged i quit searching. But there were more pages to go . As I recall it was very informative and If anyone would know they would. Maybe they have a location were they give rides to support their org.

absolutely right My_Alias_ the boats home port is in Key West
Been on it several times. It is docked near where the cruise
ships come in. It has been repowered by diesel engines its
top speed now is max 25-28mph.. nice boat thought .The owner
claims it shot down the first jap fighter of WW2 at Pearl
Harbor.

I don't know of anyone offering cruises but Otis Enterprises in Searsport, Maine will build you one if you want.
