To Marklemoo: I'm not the moron who believes this stat. It's one of those stats that's been quoted for YEARS without anyone challenging it. Like the famous stat that more women get beaten on football Sundays..another lie perpetrated by feminists.

Now for the rest of you out there, I've asked several feminists to name jobs, and companies and they always end up stumbling or bumbling or comparing apples to oranges..for instance comparing highway workers..the man has to work a pick and shovel while a woman holds a sign. That's not a comparable job. I can speak for Registered Nurses because I am one. Men get called to lift heavier patients almost EVERY TIME they are available and even when they aren't available. Funny how we don't make a dollar an hour more than women.hmmmmmm

Most privately owned companies promote this. Women must be very vigilant to get the same rate of pay.

Childbearing. Before I get too many thumbs down, let me explain why that statistic is a myth.

If you take all women of working age and compare them against all men of working age, it holds.

But if you compare people who SHOULD actually make the same amount of money - all men in a certain job with a certain level of experience vs. all women in the same job with the same level of experience, that statistic is revealed to be a myth. The people who SHOULD make the same amount of money DO make the same amount of money.

You can make the statistic hold with dishonest reasoning. Let's compare two accountants. Both are 40 years old. One is a man with two kids and a wife. He makes 100,000. The other is a woman with two kids and a husband. She makes 70,000. OUTRAGE, right? Well, it's dishonest not to reveal that on average, the man has 15 years experience in the field, and has been in the field continuously and has been learning and keeping up with new legislation, etc for the past 15 years, while the woman only has 9 years of experience, and it is fragmented. She missed out on 6 years of new information right in the middle of her career. It is not fair to compare these two people.

The salary hollow is regularly simply by differening selections made via women persons. they have an inclination to head into much less exceptionally paid jobs than adult males, and to be a lot extra in all probability to take day off artwork to riase toddlers and so on, much less in all probability to do extra time and so on. women persons are a lot extra in all probability to artwork section-time simply by fact of desirous to spend extra time with their families. adult males have an inclination to be extra assertive and extra ambitious than women persons, so tend to upward push to the best even in lady ruled jobs like coaching and nursing. The questions approximately rape, spouse beating and so on in African international places is in basic terms too puzzling to respond to. i don't be attentive to why some international places have a extra brutal innovations-set in direction of women persons than others.

Come on, now.
