True happiness is when you find that you are happy with yourself. It has nothing to do with money or being with someone who loves you. Those are the little extras. Its very helpful to look for the good in everything and everybody. The bad is always there, so you have to look for good. I am an optimistic person, I believe in God and that everything happens for a reason. No one can make you happy, you have to do that for yourself.

True happiness comes from;
Purpose.
Meaning.
Fulfillment.
You must do the things in life that offer you those three things.
Whether it be writing, painting, building model cars or whatever.
You must satisfy the inner man or woman..

It's different for everyone. I'm living it for me. I'm married to a great guy, we're doing good financially and expecting our first son in a few weeks. Life doesn't get any better than this, at least for me. Unless we were to win the lotto. That'd be cool.
