It will go about 2 mph at 7000 rpms in first gear and eventually up to about 30 mph at 7000 rpms in 5th. I had to see if it would at least move or not.

I am guessing a standard, then yes the clutch disc is gone, about 300 in parts and a day to install.

Well I'm guessing the car is still new, or has a new gearbox which is still loose, over time when you use it and put some miles through it, it will tighen up and you will start to need to use the clutch. My car is just over 2 years old and will go into 3rd and 4th with no use of the clutch when the engine is off and it will go into 4th if I'm changing up and time the revs just right.

Not a clue what you're going on about with the "It will go about 2 mph at 7000 rpms in first gear and eventually up to about 30 mph at 7000 rpms in 5th. I had to see if it would at least move or not." though/

But no problem that I can see.
