I got a spinal fusion, and since then (it was july 20 2005) i havent been able to touch my toes. i wanna no how i can touch my toes again. dont just say "stretch" cause i dont no WHAT to stretch. please give DETAILED answers

just bend down, relax neck, breath thru belly and touch toes
try it everyday and u will do it.

Post spinal fusion patients may bever be able to achieve this. Not sure why this is so important to you as there are many other exercises that can help you back to fitmess.

You don't say where you were fused ( lumber 4 and 5 or greater) or whether it was a total lubar pinning with Harringtom rods.

Regardless, touching your toes may not be achievable for most, If you were very supple before you might be able to do it and achieve it again after a few months. But it may be in your interest to duscuss the matter with your physio.
