I live in the bay area , CA!! and i just want to take a short drive just to relax a little bit. Where can i go?? Not anywhere near San Fran, and not too far like santa cruz?
any suggestions...

Take a look at www.googleearth.com. It's a great site ( I've saved it on my desk top it's so cool ) It will give U some great ideas. U can also get millage, travel time & different routes 2 help U. I hope this helps or gives U something 2 think about.

Go up into Oregon. I used to live all around the Bay area. My husband was in the Navy and we lived in Vallejo. I used to have this fear of running out of gas on the Bay Bridge when going to Treasure Island to pick him up. We lived in Oakland,Pleasanton,Walnut Creek,Almeda. Those hills in San Francisco scared my dear Mother so bad, well you just didn't know till you got to the top of some if there was a road on the other side. Loved to go there though.~~~~Happy traveling.
