I'm 14 years old and I wanna move out and go live with my Aunt and Uncle. I don't get abused or anything but I just hate it here. Is there any laws that could stop me from doing this? Could my Parents saying No stop this?

Unfortunately since you are 14 you are considered a minor and have no say in the eyes of the law.

The question I would ask is why do you want to move? Is it because of the rules you have at home? Do you think your Aunt and Uncle would treat you different? Is is the school district or friends? Only you know the answer. Parents, unless they are abusive do try to understand our kids. Sometimes we are tough so that you will not be hurt. Sometimes we forget you need to make some mistakes and learn on your own.

I would suggest you examine why you want to go and then speak to parents. Also how does your Aunt and Uncle feel about your thoughts? Have you discussed it with them? If not, ask them how they feel. You might be surprised that their rules might be tougher.

Good luck. It is hard being a teenager and even tougher being a parent.

Yes. But there are also ways around this. G o to a family member or school councilor and get them to intervene on your behalf and suggest to your parents that a "break" from them would be helpful for your general mental health/scholastic abilities so forth - don't say you are moving out completely this will make your parents defensive, suggest it as a short term measure and then take it from there. Alternately you could be sneaky, and try to find a legitimate reason why living with your aunt and uncle is more logical e.g. are they closer to a sport you participate in? Your school? Your friends? If all else fails you can always spend weekends and holidays with your aunt and uncle, and just stick it out with your parents during term time.

You sound like a spoiled brat. Your parents are in total control. You need to be a better child to them and do what they say. You're just being a total ungrateful loser.
