i got invited to a party that is going on tonite and my mom put me on punishment last night...what should i do to convince her to let me go..

I used to write my father letters when I wanted to go out lol. Just tell her that you are very sorry for what happen and it will never happen again oh and crying is helpful ! Good luck!

I think that you should prove to your mother that you are responsible and you can handle not going when you are being punished. This will in turn will insure her that you have learned your lesson and will not repeat your offense. Of course that is in a perfect world. I think I would have to agree with your mother on this one. You need to do as you are told.

will what i do is tell my mom that I will do extra chores and that I would spend a extra day on punishment some times it works. Good Luck and if you do go have fun

Tough luck. If you did not misbehave in the first place, you wouldn't be having to ask this, now would you? Think about it. Learn from it. Parties are rewards, privilages. You did not earn it.

Apologize for what you did, tell her how important the party is to you, explain that there will be no drinking , sex, or drugs, and hope for the best. Good luck!

It depends on what you did and why you need to go to the party in the first place.If your mum says no then you have to respect her decision and work harder to regain trust in you.
