yes... it's a mustang, 2+2 fastback

My Dad restored it for me. I've had it since I was 19... since moving (3 years ago) it rests in our garage now. I use to drive it everyday- and it made it from Chicago to Minneosta...no problem.

Is this a Mustang? V8? Who's doing the labor you or a shop?
For a Mustang V8 with you doing the labor it will cost under 100 including new drive belt. For a shop doing the same job I would guess around 175 or so.

You can always have your alternator rebuilt. I rebuilt mine myself for my 66 Chrysler Imperial. I replaced the brushes and the voltage regulator. Works great. I had to order the part online though.
