➔ Politics
Racial Intolerance = a bias against a race, any race.
Political Intolerance = a bias against a set of political beliefs or affiliations
New = a replaced focus.
The phrase I used is one similarly used in the fashion industry to describe the new style, example green is the new black (dress).

Lighten up all of you who easily bristle at certain words. There is nothing coded here. I am one of the few who do not yell racism (review my postings if you wish). I don't need to - I have other ways. I can handle my position well, thank you!

Interesting question, I think you need to explain what you mean a little more.
I think you have something, obviously race is inseparably linked to politics in America. But especially lately I have noticed that political parties have been pushing a revamped "race card".
Democrats will say that if you do no agree with their welfare/minimum wage bills you are a sexist against single-mother families and a racist against poor minorities.

No. I can't tell if you are liberal or a conservative when you are walking down the street. BTW, I'm open to all kinds of political views as long as they can be backed up with intelligent independent thinking. I just don't see it too often in either party today with the exception of Dennis Kucinich.
By political intolerance being the new racism, I'm guessing that what you mean is descrimination based on political views or affiliation.

From what I have seen on YA there is very little tolerance displayed on other side othe aisle towards the beleifs of the other. I guess my next question is to define racism, are we talking about true Racism ie' Bigotry or the Definition used by Liberals that any conservative who disagrees with them on a social issue is a racist?

What is this with the word 'racism'????
Don't you KNOW any other words?
Intolerance is one word, and a perfectly fine word.
Racism is a different word and requires a distinction based on race.
People in the immigration section could use this reminder, as well.

I think liberals need to get some education or put down their picket signs and go get a real job.
If they don't, they will sit around and just make up new ways of hating people and new names to call people all day.
Political intolerance is a buzzword. It's nearly meaningless, since politics itself is vague and subjective.
Racism is when a person hates an entire ethnic group. It has nothing to do with politics.

WHAT?!?
Are you arguing that people of one color or another are obligated to have the same political beliefs based solely on that skin color?
I really don't understand your question.
