I got the stitch hat code for vmk and it wont work, can anyone help?

I got the three stitch cards from my Disneyland package and one out of the two work! Can anyone help or tell me what I am doing wrong?

wow - you got more than one? very cool

i've heard if you call vmk at disneyland and tell them a code doesn't work, they will give you a new code - but i'm not sure if they will do that for a stitch hat
