Well, beating them up is not allowed anymore. You will have to pay to sue so make sure that is worth it. Call your local Magistrate Court-they have a limit on what amount they will take in their court. Many times just being served wakes up the person and the money appears just like Santa Claus.

you can either tell the person that has indebted you that you will start charging interest, a rate at about 8-10% is adequate, if the debt is not paid within a certain time limit and if they still won't pay you threaten to take them to civil court, and if they still will not pay you, actually take them to court. The police will not do anything to help, considering it is a civil matter, not a legal one.

Well you could start by giving them a good old fashoned a** kicking. If that don't work you cound start by pulling one nail at a time, if that don;t work you could call for as taser and give him a shoot evey 10 min until he pays up. But if you really want to know the right thing to do, regard them as no longer a frend and chulk it down as a lesson in life. Remember, you will always be pals until you loan them money.

Well, if they owe you more than 500 dollars, beat them up (just make sure it's in the street, because then it's just a 500 dollar fine) :)
