You need to stop right now. You are way off the chart with the crap you are eating. If you don't stop eating like that you are eating yourself to an early death.

You say you don't work out, a weight of 239 for your height is not good, plus a 51 inch waist isn't something you can hide. Your diet is awful and although you may not be having any problems right now, I guarantee you WILL have health problems as you get older. Start making small changes now and reap the rewards by being a healthy adult. Cut out all the Mt Dew and get some water, decrease all the cookies and candy bars and substitute some fruit and veggies. Whole foods will fill you up and stay with you longer than sweets. At some point you are going to start wanting to date and your size isn't going to attract a lot of girls unless you have a sparkling personality.

Oh geez... You're taking in over 400% more of the calories you're supposed to take in. I'm 15, 5' 9'' and weigh 196, and I jog 30 mins a day during the week, avoid tipping over 2,000 calories, I do push ups and crunches, and weight training. Replace the candy bars with apples, oranges, or yummy jello! if you're surprised, Jello is an addicting and healthy snack! It really lowers your calorie intake and it's good for your nails, hair, and bones! I have a 36 waist, you should work out a little more, your waist will shrink faster than you can believe if you follow this plan I got from answers for my question:
Eat beef that has the unnecessary fat removed,
Drink 1%-Skim milk
Eat fruit (Apples, Oranges, Bananas recommended)
Replace Sausage and Bacon with some tasty raisin bran! It tastes awesome!
Most of the soft drinks and fast food are the core of your problem. Please, do not keep eating this stuff for the sake of your health.

Here's a detailed plan for your week:
(Starting off, go easy)*
Treadmill, jog for 5-10 minutes
25 push ups
25 crunches
(Eat the diet listed above)

(Getting better, increase workout) (2-8 weeks)*
Treadmill, jog for 10-15 minutes
50 push ups
50 crunches

(Advance, increase workout again) (9-15 weeks)*
Treadmill, jog for 15-20 minutes
75 push ups
75 crunches

(Maximum, bring up workout to high pace) (16-20 weeks)*
Treadmill, jog for 20-30 minutes
75 push ups
75 crunches

*The weeks do not mean how many weeks you should do the program and then stop:
Key:
after the 2 weeks of starting off, go to the "Getting better" phase, after 8 total weeks of the workout, go to "Advance" after a total of 15 weeks of working out, and then go to "Maximum" and stay there for the rest of your life. If you stop working out, the weight will slowly creep back. I've been using this plan and so far it's been really good!

Well buddy, you will soon find out how unhealthy you are. What do you mean there's not a thing one can do about it. but only you can. If you love it, you will die young. If you care about your health, you will do something about it. Your body will talk to you if you will listen. you are heading for unwanted illnesses. High blood pressure, Diabetes, Heart disease, possible stroke.
Only you kiddo. Only you. At 17 your condition is sad. Both mentally and physically. By the way, I am 65 years old, walk six miles of mountainous terrain each day, take a large regimen of vitamins daily. Don't drink carbonated beverages. Most of the food you eat is crap.

dude your way unhealthy!!! you could make you have a heart attack! you need to lay off the junk food and sugar. think about how much sugar you are eating in one day..... probally around 8 cups or more.... you still can eat the things you like but not eat all the crap...like one soda a day, one candy bar if you have to, no juice, no oreos maybe like once a week , a cheeseburger... and thats it. this is still a ton of junk food. need to work out so that you will make it past twenty! start working out slow then start working out more and more because when you work out you release chemicals in your body which make you feel good.

omg all that sugar and fat in one day? even once or twice a week... do you want to head to an early grave?

there are approx 13 teaspoons of sugar in a can of soda, how many do you think there are in a 2 litre bottle?

your calories should be approx 2000 per day and you need to be exercising regularly.

if this isn't a hoax you need to cut out the crap from your diet.

ps... for men and women, extra fat/weight around the abdomin = greater risk of heart problems.

Lol a healthy diet is based on a 2000 calorie diet?
You are eating as if you were a world top athlete training for a competition.

If you live past 40yrs, good on ya!!!

It's good your aware of your poor diet but I'm not sure why you don't change it so you don't end up with diabetes or cancer. Even skinny people have heart attacks too.

But if your goal is to live fun, die young..... you will be a success
