well what cell phone company do u have because i know for t-mobile if you extend your contract u get discounted phones. i recently bought the tmobile dash and it has all of those things and it works very well. i can even use it as a modem on my laptop to get online. it is really great. let me know what cell phone company u have and craigslist is always a way to get phones for cheap but the thing is that they are used but honestly is doesnt matter if you buy a damaged phone jus make sure u have insurance and later on about a month later say u lost the phone and ur company will send u a new phone. so dont worry about buyin a used phone. insurance can definately work to your benefit.

If you have Sprint, the new Sanyo m1 is a good phone. That is what I have. It has a good cam and bluetooth. It also is a next generation phone, so it can also do music and videos and a lot more. It can also record vid clips.

Phones depend on the carrier you have. Not every phone works with every carrier. That being said, this website talks about different phones and the features they have. It might help you decide which one.
