Don't listen to these stupid people. Whatever you do, don't dring anything that is DIET!!! It has an artificial sugar that is called Fructose. Fructose causes cancer...it is also in artificially flavored childrens toothpaste...which is okay, as long as it is not swallowed. as for your diet and food habits...replace everything that you eat with Sweet Potatoes. Then, before you go to bed, you can eat 5-10 oreos. Drinking Mountain Dew is okay, but in the ways you have been abusing it, it is very very very unhealthy. Do not eat Whipping Cream unless in a very small abount and you should eat them with strawberries, berries, mangos, apples, and the list goes on. On a dailr baisis, you should eat only 1-1 1/2 bottles of Mountain Dew. Everything else should be water or juice. This Diet should help. A friend of mine had the same problem, and after on this diet for 6 months, he lost 70 lbs and 28 inches of fat off. It keeps you from eating your greens(which most do not like) and it helps you lose weight. Whenever you feel like eating and you get hungry, drink some water or eat something healthy like carrot sticks or celery. You can dip apples in peanut butter, because they balance eachother out, and it helps out with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You may not be able to go to the gym on a daily baisis, but you should make it a weekly thing to be involved in some sports or budy building activity. I hope that I helped!

Oh my God. I'm crying. I'm deeply saddened at the amount of food you eat. You could feed four people with the amount you eat. That's too much. Your snacks are the caloric equivalent of a meal! Try drinking more water. Instead of mountain dew, drink lots of water. You can still have candy, but only a few pieces. Do not have cookies for lunch! Eat slowly, so you feel fuller with less food. Your breakfast isn't too bad, but you should try to incorporate more fiber (in stuff like bread) and more fruits. If you eat less sweet things, the sweet things will become more like a treat. I don't see how you can enjoy your food when you eat so much!

breakfast=bacon & juice
midmorning drink= water
lunch=4 douple stuffed oreos, carton of milk, sliced apples, celery or carrot sticks
midafternoonsnack=granola bar
dinner=cheeseburger, salad, and a can of mountain dew
bedtime trink= a cup of coffee or tea
listen. u are eating WAY too unhealthy...and even for 2 days thats a lot. u gotta start changing ur diet until u get sick and become a part of the statistic of an unhealthy person. oh and stop drinking so much mountain dew!

You should drink diet drinks, because they're 0 calories.
When you're eating snacks in between meals, don't eat candy bars..eat something healthy, or with less calories.
You just need to work on portion control, above all.
