Open your mouth, sing, and record yourself. Usually, people know whether or not they are good (sans the idiots on American Idol). If you can sing you will know it. If not, try something else. And don't rely on your friends who tell you you are great. You are or you aren't, there is no middle ground here.

Sing the songs you like! You can sing along with the radio or your favorite cd's. Better yet, why not sing in church. It can be good practise to sing in a church choir. Karioke can be lots of fun too!

Very very easy---Just Sing!!!! And do not ever ever let anyone tell you that you aren't any good. They just might be jealous they can't sing as well as you. When school starts on Monday, tell your teacher about what you want to do and she might know someone who can teach you.

Ask your parents to allow you to join a choir at church or at school. There are also youth choirs in many cities. Good luck. Follow your dream.

SIng along with records, but please don't plan to be famous. Just have fun singing.
