im scared to phone a taxi - bit dangerous to let a random man know where a girl DESPERATE for chocolate is - might as well put a big sign on my door saying 'young girl - alone, frustrated and vulnerable'

I wonder how many of us would have helped this girl ? We live in our protected world ( I have electronic gates,video cameras and ranch hands that help keep me and my daughter safe here in AZ ) But who would help my daughter if she were,God forbid,kidnapped at her school ? Would you step outside your well protected area of personal comfort to go against criminals that may kill you along with their victim? I would for my own child,without hesitation but...I don't know about this one. We all like to think we would react like heroes, but in actuality we don't know how we would act in this situation..This is a world filled with many pitfalls and danger,I hope that under extreme circumstances I would stand up and try to help another child as I would my own.. Excuse me but when did the Mexican police ever do anything to enforce the border on their side? Illegal aliens are encouraged by their own government to come to the US.The Mexican police are corrupt and can be bought off easily. Bribes are a way of life in Mexico. Snubbed by Arizona ? Now I have heard it all.
