please help me on this problem

it is a good idea to delete it --- some cookies are good because they assist in the rapid performance of certain webpages !! But the ones that are identified as "tracking" cookies are not all that desirable and some can even be harmful ---so rather than take the chance --- slit that little sucker's throat and toss it out with the garbage !!!

Yes, otherwise someone will beable to know where and what you do on your computer. The best way to get rid of these is to go to - tools - Internet Options -Temporary Internet files, and Delete all cookies. It will not hurt the rest of your computer only delete the tracking files. You should do this at least once a week.

most tracking cookies are helpful when returning to that web site.they don't contain spyware programs.deleting them is ok but not deleting is ok also.keeping the cookies help you log into the website faster and remember your last visit info.avg is a very good program,, i use that and several other programs to keep unwanted spyware out

yes - it will say do not delete if it would hurt to delete a bad file if it offers you a place to delete all cookies or delete now. Do That. Tracking cookies are evil and we should be able to sue the companies using them.

Adaware and Spybot S&D are 2 of the acceptable loose ones. notwithstanding your safe practices putting,on your OS, has the means of deleting all cookies, browser history, recent records, and some others.

No, you don't have to delete it, but it going to eventually cause you more problems.
