I work for a media house, television and radio. But poor management is making them lose their focus, and I'm feeling stagnated.
Plus I'm trying to take in front and switch departments and these people are only playing games.
I feel so frustrated.

Maybe find someone in management who is sympathetic. Tell them you like your job, but your worried about the changes in the company and how it will affect your job.

Start looking for another job. A crap job is better than no job, so don't quit until you have a better job lined up. Contact your company's competitors to see if they're hiring.

It all boils down to what you want to do
Leave the company for something seemingly better
Or stick around and help things better.
